Hi. We are Munchies :)

And the truth is that our story begins quite by chance.

In 1994, Ami, together with his son Amir, and their friend Avi, founded a vending machine marketing business. At that time, Ami flew to England for a trip, and came across some special delicious snacks there. Something we hadn't seen in Israel before. Three types of Dutch peanuts, and three types of Japanese rice crackers. It was pretty soon clear that they needed to be connected, and that this was the product for the machines, and voila. There's a nice business.

But the machine experienced some technical glitches, and luckily at that time, our friend opened a small convenience store. One of the first in Tel Aviv, on King George Street.

So we left her a carton for the weekend, containing six kilos of the mixture we called Munchies. Two days later we got a call from her to urgently bring more. Everything ran out.

We realized that there was something good here that people liked, so we flew to the factory that produces the peanuts in the Netherlands, and requested a special and exclusive production of the mixture for the company.

That's how Munchies was born.

Since then, the family has expanded, we have developed and grown, searching all over the world for products that will please you and make your mouth taste good and your heart happy. That's how the ravioli, Thai spicy, beans, peas and many more have arrived.

Today we import dozens of products from around the world - from Europe and the East - including from the Netherlands, Spain, Thailand, China, and we've even reached Australia.

We market throughout the country and you can find our products in grocery stores, retail chains, convenience stores, and more.

Our products are manufactured in a strict production process, tailored to the Israeli audience, and on kosher production lines. Without compromising on raw materials, taste, quality, and yet also on service and reliability.
